  • Execute binary flag framework and manage evidence trigger workflows (performance ratings, credentials, manager sign-off, 360 signals) to determine capability verification states
  • Coordinate with ES Product, Talent Intelligence, and Workforce Blueprint on Skills Graph operationalization and Phase 1 delivery of foundational intelligence layer for AI-driven talent decisions
  • Execute Phase 1 capability proof-of-concept using ESBP role as template and track roadmap progress across ES Product, Blueprint, Talent Intelligence teams
