Responsibilities
- Work with customers' development and data science teams to understand business and technical needs, then design solutions leveraging AWS AI/ML services including SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon AgentCore, Rekognition, Transcribe, and Personalize
- Partner with SAs, Sales, Business Development, and AI/ML Service teams to accelerate customer adoption and revenue attainment in the AMERICAS for Amazon SageMaker and related GenAI services
- Provide thought leadership by evangelizing AWS ML services and sharing best practices through blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and speaking at events like AWS Summit and re:Invent
- Act as technical liaison between customers and AWS service teams to provide customer-driven product improvement feedback and develop internal community of GenAI subject matter experts
