JOB SUMMARY The Data Analytics & Intelligence Manager is needed within the Georgia Power Customer Experience (CX) organization to lead our efforts around ‘getting data out of the box’ and leveraging it to support decisions and actions that drives value for partners and ultimately customers. This role will lead a team of data analytics professionals responsible for advanced analytics enablement, AI-augmented insight generation, customer intelligence, business performance measurement, and analytics-driven decision support to yield this value.
