Responsibilities
- Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems and context systems including RAG and Skills with semantic chunking
- Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance against agent and human designed evals, and drive agent design requirements through AI Native design process
- Lead a group of skilled experts in building Knowledge and data systems; hands-on coding and mentoring team members
- Collaborate with architectural experts in AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure; assess emerging memory architectures and support strategic business development activities
