Responsibilities

Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents; facilitate communities of practice and sharing sessions
Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and inform strategic decisions
Define product success metrics and KPIs, leverage customer feedback and data to continuously improve product outcomes; own and prioritize product backlog
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, and business teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric products and support release planning and go-to-market readiness
