- Manage execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive payouts utilizing cross-functional inputs including HR Rosters, SAP results, payout schedules, and exceptions criteria
- Serve as Business Administrator for Xactly Incentive Management Platform including back-end SQL coding
- Work with sales, finance, and HR teams to identify business requirements and implement incentive plan strategy
- Develop and distribute Incentive Performance Reporting and partner with finance on incentive modeling, forecasting, and accrual management
