- Own end-to-end technical pre-sales process for government institutions by scoping customer use cases, articulating business value, designing and demoing Sierra's platform, and leading technical reviews
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams to drive GTM function and improve agents through customer-driven product development
- Understand and anticipate customer needs as a GTM and technical leader in early conversations with future customers
- Partner with industry leadership to build public sector team, including capture motion, market strategy, and product components to scale
