Responsibilities

  • Drive Governance Program Operations: Manage and maintain the Data Domain Model, facilitate the Data Governance Council, partner with Data Stewards across domains, and track program adoption metrics and maturity KPIs for leadership
  • Execute Policy & Compliance Standards: Support development, documentation, and roll-out of enterprise data policies, monitor compliance, coordinate remediation with domain owners, and assemble governance documentation for audits and risk reviews
  • Lead Business Glossary & Metadata Management: Own day-to-day operations of Toast's Business Glossary by facilitating definition workshops, certifying terms with domain owners, and driving user adoption
  • Advance Data Strategy & Maturity: Support enterprise data strategy through stakeholder synthesis, coordinate data maturity assessments, and deliver training programs to raise data literacy across the company
