- Lead delivery team priorities in PI planning, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies; align with product management strategy and vision
- Design new products and improvements by working with delivery, experience design, business, and operations partners; author and maintain team backlog as subject matter expert
- Partner with solution architects to ensure solutions address program priorities while balancing client experience and technical integrity; facilitate sprint planning for alignment and roadmap adherence
- Perform triage on critical issues, facilitate sprint demos, provide final acceptance for completed user stories, and coordinate release-specific business documents
