Responsibilities
- Lead post-sale technical account strategy and execution for Databricks use cases within strategic accounts, serving as the accountable technical leader across multiple selling teams
- Be the first contact for technical issues and production/go-live status of agreed-upon use cases, managing complex customer escalations with senior executives
- Develop and execute comprehensive technical execution plans covering use case progression, enablement, product adoption, optimization, and governance
- Provide KPI reporting and internal/external updates on usage and customer health, including investment status, risks, and product adoption metrics
