Responsibilities

  • Build deep relationships with restaurant operators and continuously identify customer pain points and opportunities; serve as the voice of the customer and translate insights into roadmap priorities.
  • Own roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and feature delivery for assigned product areas; translate customer problems into requirements, success metrics, and launch plans.
  • Partner with Engineering, UX, Data, and Architecture teams to deliver high-quality product experiences; improve how ordering, payments, loyalty, stored value, offers, fulfillment, and engagement capabilities work together.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services teams to improve adoption and customer outcomes; monitor product performance, customer feedback, and adoption metrics.
