- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering, infrastructure) to design and implement GenAI applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and scalable AI services
- Create secure, reliable, scalable machine learning solutions; configure commercial off-the-shelf solutions; build meaningful dashboards, logging, and alerting systems for proactive issue management
- Research, evaluate, and recommend technology products and platforms; design infrastructure, network, database, security, and ML architectures; monitor production SLOs and system performance
- Support evaluation, performance optimization, testing, and monitoring of AI systems in production; provide application support and enable other teams through documentation and training

Position Purpose:
The Staff Machine Learning Engineer is responsible for joining cross-functional teams (product, design, Engineering, infrastructure) to build innovative GenAI application experiences and overall product lifecycle for a product that our users love.
