Staff Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Drive data strategy for risk-as-product offering by defining metrics, data products, and analytical frameworks needed as Stripe brings risk capabilities to platforms and connected accounts at scale
• Own definition, reliability, and visibility of most important risk metrics; establish canonical north star and operational metrics with trustworthy documentation and consistent surfacing to audiences
• Own and evolve Stripe's risk experimentation strategy by defining what to test, how to measure, and how to learn from changes to risk policies, merchant journeys, and risk models
• Mentor and raise the bar for Data Analysts on the team by setting technical and strategic standards and guiding junior and senior analysts on problem framing and stakeholder communication
