Responsibilities
- Mentor and support Decision Scientists, acting as a force multiplier on high-impact, visible analyses and initiatives across multiple business models, banking channels, segments, and products
- Lead assigned decision science projects independently, leveraging quantitative analysis techniques including machine learning to drive business optimization and impact
- Foster communication and partnership across multiple organizational levels, stewarding relationships with LOB leaders and senior managers while delivering on company goals
- Pursue business outcomes through data-driven insights that increase revenue and/or efficiency, championing tools and solutions that are timely, accurate, and repeatable
