- Lead post-sale technical account strategy and execution for majority of Databricks use cases within strategic accounts
- Be accountable technical leader for specific use cases and customers, driving onboarding, enablement, success, and production consumption
- Create, own and execute execution plans covering all technical activities including use case progression to production, enablement, product adoption, and governance
- Provide internal and external KPI reporting on usage, customer health, investment status, and use case progression to Technical GM
